Cool...now that I have your attention, I was fortunate enough to chat with Martin Hablesreiter is one half of the Austrian art duo "Honey & Bunny" who is also an architect, researcher, director, author, etc. Just overall creative human.

We chat about many things, from growing up in Austria, studying architecture and design, working in Japan, researching and answering questions like why foods hold a certain shape, why a table is a certain height, why we use fork and knife when eating, etc.

This lead to many different opportunities like hosting art exhibits, art performances, photography, videos, writing books and much more!

We talk about the importance of designers and their roles in creating habits and desires. As well as the importance of storytelling & creating interesting + engaging narratives.

The discussion also touches on community, breaking the rules, the different food systems, goals of design, provocation & allowing people to think differently about something, the interactive power of food to spark discussion, the importance of home, as well as creating an openness in the design world that engages all continents and peoples.
