Cheese Burrrger

Yo! This was fantastic! Mos Burger is a classy and refined establishment! It was also a cafe that has nice pastries and coffee!
I believe this was pretty deep into the trip and I was missing a
missing a solid tasting burger. Don't get me wrong, McDonalds internationally is great! The many country specific items they offer makes a classic feel fresh again! But those are little snacks, not really a full meal I'd want to take on!
When traveling I believe that the local chains are where the fun really begins! 😄
I didn't really know what this place was until a friend told me about it in passing. Then I was starving and finally had the opportunity. I'm glad I ate dinner here, I actually went here again the next day cause it was so good!
They used local ingredients (as in from Japan) with the Hokkaido cheese and dairy products. Super creamy and cheesy, loved it! The patties are a bit daunting because they are so thicc but actually were pretty light considering their size!
But the beef was fresh tasting, bun springy, veggies crisp.
Fries were a nice accompaniment that didn't take light from the star of the show. I think I bought an onion ring too, it came with like one single ring haha. Modest but necessary because this was a big meal! And a match milkshake to wash it down. So creamy and light as well!
Bold but balanced flavors on an American classic. Super happy I got to taste a good burger here!
