Get Your Sando Game Up
A solid sando! Read below to up your sandwich game.

1) Crusty Bread
- Slightly toasted

2) Olive oil & Balsamic vinegar
- Bread with a little fat is a necessity
- Balsamic cause of the acid and tang

3) Veggies
- Lettuce: Vegetables are good because they are healthy and add some moisture, as well as some refreshing crunch to the mix.
Dry crusty bread with a little moisture makes it easier to eat and softens the overall eating experience. Also saves the roof of your mouth.

4) Cold cuts or whatever filling you choose
- Something light but bold. A nice tin of sardines or tuna could work nicely too.
- A filling that could be delicious on its own but that is amplified with other ingredients.

5) Cheese
- Mozzarella is a nice cheese in this particular sando cause it doesn't have too much overpowering flavor but can absorb more flavors, like lemon juice, more balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper. More of a sponge in this case.
- Cheese is just so good haha

6) The cross section
Oh yeah. Got to cut it into triangles if possible... I feel like it has to be scientifically proven to taste better in that shape.

- It's sharable too, so you can make a friend while you're at it!
