Gotta hit the protein!

I am always in pursuit to try and hit my protein goals everyday.
Like 1.2-1.5 * BW in KG. So like 115-150 grams in a day. It's a lot of food but I'm a thicc boi and need that energy. Sometimes it can be annoying because it adds up costwise but life is too short right?
Sometimes we make bad decisions... like this trip haha! This was not the most financially responsible decision but it was worth it for the memories and the food! 😋
I learned a lot (about the food, culture, people, myelf) and met some lovely people who I hope to stay in contact with until I eventually leave this earth haha!
I hope you to can enjoy a tuna and egg salad with potato fries to compliment. As well as a discounted Salmon onigiri!
